The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the land cost fixed by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board is under challenge in the W.P.No.4836 of 2021. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to adjudicate all the ground raised in the said writ petition. Consequently, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
