Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to refund the amount of Rs.5,500/- after deducting the necessary statutory amount for the unused court fee stamp papers bearing Court Fee stamp paper numbers A530760, A530761, A530762, A530763 and A530764 of 1000 rupees each and Court Fee stamp paper bearing number 134082 of 500 rupees, on the file of the respondents.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken for final disposal.
2. The petitioner is a practicing advocate before this Court. According to the petitioner, due to wrong and mistaken print out over the stamp paper, the same was not accepted by this Court. Therefore, the petitioner requested the first respondent to refund https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the court fee after deducting necessary charges. Since the petitioner has not enclosed the original certificate, the first respondent asked him to produce the same. Though the petitioner complied with all the formalities, no orders have been passed till date. Hence, the petitioner came forward with this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions made by Mr.K.Mukund Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for respondents.
4. Though the petitioner prayed for larger relief, this Court, without going into the merits of the case projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2014 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
