This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the second respondent to register FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.05.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it is essentially a dispute between partners and in such circumstances, the respondent police cannot be directed to investigate into such facts and that will amount to abuse a process of law. It is always open to the petitioner to file a civil suit for rendition of account and for other reliefs.
