Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to recover the compensation award passed in Labour Court in W.C.No.18 of 2005 under Revenue Recovery Act from the sixth respondent and dispose of the same to the petitioner within a stipulated period.

By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. Petitioner claims that she was working under the sixth respondent and during the course of employment, she suffered grievous injury on both legs and subsequently, the legs were amputated. At the time of accident, the petitioner was aged 29 years. The petitioner filed W.C.No.18 of 2005 under the Workmen Compensation Act and the first respondent, under order dated 01.08.2008, awarded a sum of Rs.3,77,856/- towards compensation with 12% interest. The petitioner, to enforce the said award, repeatedly submitted representations before respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6. Since she has not been favoured with proper response, the petitioner has filed this present writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions made by Mr.M.Satish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for respondents 1 to 5.
4. In the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the respondents 2, 3 and 5 to take into consideration the communication in Na.Ka.T2/9257/2014 dated 02.06.2014 sent by the second respondent to the fifth respondent and take immediate and necessary steps to recover compensation from the sixth respondent and deposit the same to the credit of the first respondent on or before 09.06.2015.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Post "for compliance" on 10.06.2015.
