This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for an early disposal of the appeal in R.C.A.No.9 of 2013, pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge/ Rent Control Appellate Authority, Kancheepuram.

2. Aggrieved over the long pendency of the appeal, the petitioner/landlord has come before this Court with this Civil Revision Petition.

3. From a perusal of the adjudication, it would go to show that the matter is pending for arguments for a long time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the Subordinate Judge/Rent Control Appellate Authority, Kancheepuram, to dispose of the Rent Control Appeal in R.C.A.No.9 of 2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
