When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced a copy of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 28.08.2019 in L-14014/01/2017-JUS for the purported compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1278 of 2017 dated 01.08.2017.

2. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed. If the petitioner has any grievance, they have to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
