ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal, which has been filed just two weeks ago on 22.11.2017 against the order recently passed on 31.10.2017 terminating the petitioner from service.

2. When the petitioner has filed the appeal just two weeks back, it is not known how the petitioner can come to this Court complaining inaction on the part of the respondents in not disposing of the appeal. Moreover, this Court can issue a writ directing the statutory authority or any other authority under law to do a particular thing only when there is an inaction. In the present case, when the appeal has been filed two weeks ago, this Court is unable to see any inaction on the part of the respondents. Therefore, the prayer is refused and the writ petition stands dismissed.
