The petitioner has come up with this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 03.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1660 of 2016.
2.Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents filed an affidavit of the first respondent dated 24.06.2022, wherein, at paragraph 5, it is inter alia, stated as follows: "5.I respectfully submit that the above said order was duly complied with and the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected in view of clubbing his 3 spells of service, i.e, the period worked in Tamil Nadu Steel Limited, new entrant in Tamil Nadu Minorities Economic Development Corporation Limited and re-employment period in Tamil Nadu Minorities Economic Development Corporation Limited after superannuation, could not be clubbed together for sanction of gratuity, vide Tamil Nadu Minorities Economic Development Corporation Limited, Letter No.A3/0042/2014 dated 04.10.2021 and sent to the petitioner. Further, for his petition dated 31.01.2022, reply was sent to the petitioner vide Letter No.A3/0042/2014 dated 02.05.2022."
Thus, according to the learned counsel, the order of this court has been complied with by the respondents.
3. The above submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents have been conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the affidavit dated 24.06.2022 filed by the first respondent and submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this contempt petition stands closed.
