ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR and investigate the same in accordance with law, which complaint was received in CSR No.230 of 2015 dated 20.06.2015 pending on his file, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 20.06.2015, given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed.
