This Contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No. 10560 of 2020 dated 15.09.2020.

The petitioner has not made out any ground to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not properly valuing the arrears paper, where the petitioner had failed in the General Medicine paper, the same can only be a subject matter of a separate writ petition. 3.
