direct the respondents to hold the transfer counselling for the Medical Officer who are already holding PG Degree, in preference to those who are completing their PG Degree in June / July 2016.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for all the records pertaining to the order passed in Circular dated 20.06.2016 in proceedings Ref.No.58233/E3/ 1/2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to hold the transfer counselling for the Medical Officer who are already holding PG Degree, in preference to those who are completing their PG Degree in June / July 2016.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the grievances of the writ petitioner has already been redressed and counselling orders were also issued on 20.06.2017 and the name of the petitioner is found in S.No.8. This being the factum, no further 2/4

adjudication is required and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
