This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.01.2013 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 10.01.2013 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.10.2014. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
