This Writ petition is filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Drawing Teacher with all attendant service and monetary benefits on the date on which the non PSTM candidates were selected and appointed under the Direct Recruitment of Special Teachers -2012 to 2016.

2. Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for Respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

3. On a perusal of records, it is seen that the petitioner has not produced any document in support of her request or demand made before the respondent concerned with regard to the prayer sought for in this Writ petition. Even in the affidavit, he has not mentioned about her request made before the respondent. Hence, This Court is of the view that the Mandamus cannot be issued. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
