A.No.7007 of 2015 T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J Learned counsel for the applicant states that though an advocate commissioner was appointed by order dated 14.6.2016, the matter has been settled.

2. As the advocate commissioner has been appointed at the instance of the applicant, the advocate commissioner shall be paid an additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only).
