ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.This Court, by order dated 25.07.2016, disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No.25776 of 2016, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner and after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 10 to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law to remove the same, if there is any encroachment in the odai land. Since the said direction has not been complied with by the respondents herein, the petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition. 3.When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents herein submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the letter in Na.Ka.No.7249/2016/A5 dated 4.11.2017 sent by the Tahsildar, Attur to him, to that effect. 4.We are of the opinion that in the light of the above communication, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission and the communication so produced

by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
