This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent police to register FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.05.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.K.Yuvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.05.2015, the respondent police have conducted an enquiry and closed the same on 29.05.2015 as civil in nature. The copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
