ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd Respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 07.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by one Vijayakumar, a case in Crime No.2310 of 2016 for offence under Section 75 of the City Police Act has been registered against the petitioner. As a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint dated 07.06.2016. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register an FIR.
