ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the petitioner's last representation dated 27.12.2017.
2. According to the petitioner, they are in possession of the subject property in Survey No.62/1 and re-survey No.62/21 in Marudhavalli Village, Manavur Post, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District to an extent of 7.9 metres. However, the patta was issued only for 7.8 metres. Therefore, he made a representation to the 2nd respondent on 27.12.2017. But, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order to correct the measurements in the patta after conducting appropriate enquiry and carry out the measurement. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.
3. Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent, would submit that if any direction is issued by this Court, the same would be complied with.

4. According to the petitioner, he is owner of the property measuring to the extent of 7.9 metres, whereas the patta was issued for 7.8 metres. In this regard, he has made various representations on 13.01.2014 and 27.12.2017 to the 2nd respondent to measure the property and re-issue the patta to the extent of 7.9 metres. However, till date no order has been passed by the 2nd respondent against the last representation dated 27.12.2017.
5. Therefore, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2017 in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
