The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the charge memo and the order of suspension issued to the petitioner.

It is now brought to the notice of this court, pending Writ Petition, the disciplinary proceedings culminated into an order of punishment vide its G.O.Ms. No.165, dated 01.09.2016, as such, nothing would survive for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. The petitioner is given liberty to 2/4

challenge the order of punishment, if any by raising all the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition.
