ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.33902 of 2016, by order dated 27.09.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the

petitioner dated 11.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, as per the relevant Rules, within a period of six weeks.

2.Now, alleging non-compliance of the said order of this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 02.02.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
