PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the order passed in D.V.C.No.2 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Rasipuram, Namakkal District. For Petitioners :

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off D.V.C.No.2 of 2021, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Rasipuram, Namakkal District.

2. As per the directions of this Court dated 12.04.2023, a letter was addressed to the concerned Court, call for the reasons for delay in disposal of the case. Learned Presiding Officer explained that the matter was referred to Mediation but it was not settled and thereby delay occurred in disposal of the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner reports that now the matter is posted for further evidence of the petitioners.

3. Considering the circumstances explained, the learned Magistrate Court, Rasipuram, Namakkal District is directed to expedite the enquiry and dispose of D.V.C.No.2 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible but not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforementioned directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
