[Order of the Court was made by R.HEMALATHA, J.] The Petitioner/Murugesan has filed the present Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition directing the respondent to cause the production of the body and person of his daughter Revathi, aged about 16 years before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.In the affidavit filed along with the Petition, the petitioner/ Murugesan has contended that his daughter Revathi went missing from home on 19.02.2018 and he lodged a complaint with the Inspector of Police, Guindy Police Station on 20.02.2018. Notice was issued to the respondent and in response to the notice, the detenu Revathi, aged about 16 years was produced before this Court today.

4.This Court interacted with the detenu. She informed that she was born on 25.03.2001 and that she was working in a Beauty Parlour after finishing her X Std. She also contended that she fell in love with one Sathish Kumar and went with him to Tiruppur and got married to him in his house. She could not state the correct address of the house where she was staying with the said Sathish Kumar at Tiruppur. However, she expressed her willingness to go with her parents. 5.It is pertinent to mention that the detenu is a minor aged about 17 years and since she is also willing to go with her father, the Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of as no further course of action is necessary.
