This petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 herein, as the legal representatives of the deceased appellant namely P.N.Vidhyasagar and add them as the appellants 2 to 5, in the above second appeal. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the 1/4

respondents.

3. The death certificate produced by the appellant along with the present petition would indicate that the sole appellant is no more and the legal heir certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities, evidence that the present petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant. Hence, this Court finds no impediment in allowing the petition.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.17774 of 2022 is ordered, as prayed for. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter after two(2) weeks.
