The petitioner appears to ride two horses, one before this Court and other before the Principal Sessions Court, Salem.

2.He had filed the present bail application here and also filed bail application before the Principal Sessions Court, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.633 of 2024.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.

4.Registry is directed to indicate the present order immediately to the Principal Sessions Court, Salem in the first instance by telephone and later, through fax.
