Mrs.K.Vasanthamala, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the Respondents.

2. This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission itself with the consent of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the Respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner withdraws this writ petition and the petitioner's appeal is against the impugned order dated 31.12.2023 which is is pending before the Appellate Authority. The Appeal which was filed on 17.04.2024 The respondent has rejected the appeal on 18.03.2025 on the grounds of reply not being filed.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
