The matter was referred to mediation and on the efforts of the mediator, the parties have arrived at the settlement. The mediation report agreed and signed by the parties as well as their counsel has been produced. 2.Hence, in view of the agreement reached between the parties in the mediation, there shall be an order in the Original Petition in terms of the mediation agreement. The mediation agreement dated 02.11.2017 shall form part of the decree. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
