Mr.D.Suriyanarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 10.02.2020, wherein and whereby, she sought for allotment of a shop at Dharmapuri Uzhavar Santhai.

3. It is seen from the typed set of papers filed by the petitioner that already the said representation was considered by the second respondent and communicated to the petitioner on 12.02.2020, informing that her request will be considered only after getting permission from the Government for constructing the shops by way of expansion of the Dharmapuri Uzhavar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. When such being the communication issued by the second respondent, based on the representation given by the petitioner, I do not think that the present prayer sought for in this writ petition is maintainable any more. Therefore, the petitioner has to seek remedy only at appropriate time, once the Government grants permission for expansion of Dharmapuri Uzhavar Santhai. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, as no order is necessary. No costs.
