Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the recommendations of the Committee dated Nil, constituted by the 1st respondent pursuant to G.O.(Rt) No.91, Higher Education (II) Department 14.07.2017, to examine the issue on the improper appointments of teaching and non-teaching staff made in the University Departments and constituent Colleges of erstwhile Anna Universities of Technology at Chennai, Coimbatore,.Tiruchirappali, Madurai and Tirunelveli and quash that part of the report holding the appointment of the petitioner as invalid at Category Table-III, Cluster-I, Serial No.1 and direct the respondents to implement the report o the Monitoring Committee and the 7 members Committee dated 12.01.20216 to redeploy and absorb the petitioner as Assistant Professor and to settle all the consequential benefits including promotions, pay fixations and all the other benefits.
