The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent herein for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4318 of 2015 in Crime No.456 of 2014 dated 25.02.2015.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that in view of the order of this Court dated 25.02.2015, the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.5594 of 2017 before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in connection with Crime No.456 of 2014.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Contempt Petition stands closed.
