ORDER

Challenging the decree and judgment of the first appellate Court passed in A.S.No.48 of 2014 reversing the decree and judgment of the trial Court passed in O.S.No.98 of 2007, the present Second Appeal came to be filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today, both the parties along with their respective counsel present and submitted that the issue between them has been amicably settled and the issue between them had been settled out Court and that in this regard a joint compromise memo has also been entered between them. In the Joint Compromise Memo, the respondents had agreed to transfer 46 cents of the property in favour of the appellants and they had also agreed to execute the necessary document in favour of the appellants.

3. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo entered between the parties. The Joint Compromise Memo entered between the parties dated 05.01.2026 shall form part of the decree. As
