Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Trust, would submit that order dated 09.11.2014 stands complied with insofar as it relates to the payment of pension. In addition, he would also submit that the Transport Corporation has filed an appeal against order dated 09.11.2014, which is still in SR stage.
