Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m.until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.3905 of 2022 in Crime No.10 of 2022 On the file of the Respondent vide an order dated 21.02.2022 and pass any or other such orders that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.VINOTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.3905 of 2022 dated 21.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
