This Court by its order dated 16.12.2020 recorded the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the plot has already been allotted to the third respondent and the sale deed has also been executed in his favour. to get instructions regarding the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and accordingly, the matter was adjourned to 06.01.2020. Once again on 06.01.2020, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions regarding withdrawal of the matter. 2.Today, when the matter was listed under the caption "for withdrawal", there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. It can now that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
