M. SUNDAR. J., Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in instant application day-before-yesterday i.e., 10.03.2020, which reads as follows:

'Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings of this Court made by Hon'ble Predecessor Judge being proceedings made on 05.02.2020, which reads as follows:

'Though this Court had directed notice on 17.12.2019 through Court as well as privately, steps have not been taken.

Therefore, fresh notice is directed to the respondent, returnable by 10.03.2020.

Private notice is also permitted.

Post the matter on 10.03.2020.'

2. Today, there is no representation for the applicant when the matter was called.

3. List this matter under the caption 'FOR 1/3

DISMISSAL' on 11.03.2020.'

2. Pursuant to aforesaid proceedings, instant application was listed on 11.03.2020 under the caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'. However considering the manner in which Board moved on 11.03.2020, instant application was posted on 12.03.2020 under the same caption.

3. Pursuant to aforementioned earlier proceedings, instant application is listed under the caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' today(12.03.2020).

4. The position is no different today. In other words, there is no representation for the applicant today also though the matter is listed under the caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'.

5. In the light of the narrative thus far, instant application is dismissed for default/non-prosecution.
