gsk O R D E R This application has been filed to permit the applicant to amend the village name as Ayancheri instead of Ayanancherry in the Schedule of Property in judges summons.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through video conferencing submitted that the attachment of property was already ordered by this Court in A.No.257 of 2019, by order dated 15.11.2019. Now, it is noticed that the village name in the schedule of property in judges summons was wrongly mentioned as Ayanancherry instead of Ayancheri. Therefore, he prays for necessary amendment of the village name.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the above application is ordered as prayed for. Considering the pandemic situation, the applicant is permitted to file the amended petition on or before 05.08.2020.
