Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent.

2.It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that the respondent has issued notice and conducted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ personal hearing on 01.08.2016 and he will pass orders within 15 days.

3.Mr.D.Karunanidhi Mathew, Law Officer of the respondent Department is present in Court, who has submitted that the petitioner has given additional documents on 08.08.2016.

Therefore, the respondent/contemnor is granted 20 days time to comply with the order. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
