Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PREMAKUMARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2245 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the condition that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Tuesday and Saturday could not be complied with by the petitioner herein due to ailments. Hence, the petitioner seeks exemption for non-appearance of those days.

3. After perusing the medical records, the non-appearance of the petitioner till to-day is exempted and the petitioner is directed to report before the Investigating Officer on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
