2. It is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the amount has been settled. In such view of the matter, the dispute has been settled. Since the financier has filed the application to raise the order of attachment on the ground that the matter has been settled, order of attachment is raised. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
