O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2016 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is an accused in Crime No.270 of 2014 for allegedly murdering her husband Thangarasu. This petitioner was arrested and released on bail in the year 2014 itself.

Thereafter, the Police have completed investigation and have filed final report in PRC.No.7 of 2015 against this petitioner, who is shown as A1 with six others. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The committal proceedings is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tittagudi.

4. While so, the petitioner is now attempting to enter into her husband's house, which has been objected to by her husband's family members. It is seen that the petitioner was not there in the house for two years. On reading of the complaint, it does not disclose the commission of any cognizable offence and the petitioner has not even stated the date on which, the alleged incident has taken place. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the 2nd respondent Police to register FIR.
