This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to take appropriate action, in running the day to day function business including elections and other monitory functions of the third respondent society as per the contemplated provisions under Tamil Nadu Socieites Registration Act, 1972 and Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978, the third respondent Society's Bylaws and Rules.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Page No.2 of 5

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
