Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police on first working day of every month for interrogation an receipt of summons imposed in Crl.M.P.No.11428 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2487 of 2021 dated 10.11.2021 by this Honble Court and pass such other or further order as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the Circumstances of this case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.MP.No.11428 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.2487 of 2021 dated 10.11.2021. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
