No.4568/e/2017 on the file of the 1st Respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent herein to register Sale Certificate dated 20.12.2017 in Ref. No.ZO/CBE/ARB/SS/SARFAESI/ SALE CERTIFICATE / 2017-18/80 executed by the Petitioner Bank to and in favour of K.P.Moutheeswaran and K.K.Palanisamy within a stipulated period.

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the Impugned Check Slip dated 22.12.2017 passed in Na.Ka. No.4568/e/2017 on the file of the 1st respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
