It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 that a fit person has already been appointed and he has already assumed the charge of the temple. The relief sought for in the writ petition is only to appoint the 4th respondent as a fit person. Since the 4th respondent has already been appointed as a fit person, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Recording the submission of the learned counsels appearing on both sides, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
