This application has been filed by the applicant to withdraw the OS.No.8175 of 2019 on the file of XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and transfer the same to this court and to be tried along with the Original Petition in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to call for the records from the lower court concerned and list the suit on 05.03.2025.
