Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed to the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.13012 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11622 of 2021 by order of this Hon'ble Court on 07.12.2021 ordering the petitioners to report monthly twice i.e. 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and necessary and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.RAMAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in in Crl.MP.No.13012 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11622 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
