This petition is filed to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 22.10.2019 made in W.P.No.10053 of 2019.
2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.
5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal and the list the same for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
