This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case, against the order dated 30.08.2022 in CMP No.199 of 2022, on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vikravandi.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
