[This matter has been heard through video conference] This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this court under sub clause (b) of para 6 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) before the learned Magistrate-I, Udumalpet to the credit of the case in Crime No.1721 of 2020 registered on the file of the respondent police.

2. By order dated 25.06.2021, while declining to modify the above said condition, extended time for the deposit of amount as directed by this court till 16.07.2021 and directed the matter to be listed to day for reporting compliance. It is accordingly listed today.
