However, he would seek four weeks time to file a reply statement. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the application is ordered as prayed for. 4.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is permitted to file a reply statement within a period of four weeks from today.
