ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein apprehends arrest in Crime No.1783 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police is before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that on 14.10.2021, 1.100 kg of Ganja was seized from one Vijay. Based on the information, this petitioner and his wife were arrayed as A2 and A3. According to the information given by the co-accused, the contraband was supplied by this petitioner and his wife.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is innocence and nothing to do with the recovery of 1.100 kg Ganja from one Vijay.

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) states that Vijay from whom the contraband was seized is none other than the brother of this petitioner, who is having four previous cases of similar in nature and through his family members distributing Ganja.
